If you reside in a Human Development Center or nursing home, are enrolled in a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), or are eligible through Spend-down, you will receive dental benefits through Medicaid.

For additional information on the Arkansas Medicaid Dental Fee for Service program, enrollees can call the assistance line at 501-320-6230

For other Medicaid Recipients, one of these two companies will become your dental insurance provider.
